Starting with this perspective, we share our knowledge and experience with new graduates and senior students at universities through \"\u0130nomera Mentor-Mentee Program.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Goal of Mentor-Mentee Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to provide technical career directions for particularly the students who are studying at the faculty of engineering and\/or interested in software as well as new graduates, guide them in relation to the occupations they plan to work at, answer any business world related question of any mentee interested in joining our program, and present our experience in business life to them. And through such presentations, to bring in different perspectives and provide guidance on right steps for people who are yet at the beginning of their business lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our program will provide support to those who're interested in getting support in terms of discovering their abilities to be developed and activating their potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About our team<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We have an engineering team with more than 15 years of experience in Java - one of the most popular software language in the software world-, SAP e-commerce solutions, mobile e-commerce and applications, Big Data and analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who are the mentors?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our mentors include our teammates with an experience of minimum 3 years in software engineering and 5 years in management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long will Mentor-Mentee Program continue?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our program is planned to take 6 months in total, and will start online due to Covid-19 period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long will Mentor and Mentee conversations take and how will they happen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Online conversations will be planned to take 45 minutes for once a week. This period can be shortened or extended per schedules and needs of mentors and mentees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we get back to the physical working conditions, it will continue for a period of 6 months through one to one or online conversations per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How will conversation time and plans be defined?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Once your application is evaluated and accepted, Human Resources department will contact you, determine your mentor and carry out time planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who Are Eligible for Mentor-Mentee Program?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

People who are studying their senior year at university and\/or seeking responses related to what to do after graduation and in need of support in terms of where and how to start can apply for our program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I apply?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can fill out our mentor-mentee application form<\/a> <\/strong>to join our program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the application deadline?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You can apply until April 25, 2020 for the 1st semester in 2020. You can follow our Linkedin<\/a><\/strong> and Instagram <\/a><\/strong>accounts to be notified about the new application dates to be published at certain periods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is this a paid program?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This program is attributed to Berk Bing\u00f6l, who died at a young age as a High Honor Student in the Department of Computer Sciences at Ko\u00e7 University and a double major student in the Department of Economics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
