"Inomera", Refreshed and Energized

As İnomera, we were established in 2008 to develop world-class software products and projects. Within 11 years, we put our signature under frequently used products such as Netmera a mobile customer interaction platform that manages and interprets large customer data, and SIMPL a value added service and partner management platform, as well as significant projects for many leading brands.  

Both the courage and energy resulting from steady growth and the inevitability of change and development motivated us for the new İnomera and we refreshed our business. We repositioned the brand İnomera per the changing needs of market and the skills we improved accordingly. Our goal was to provide benefits of İnomera in the smartest way, present its values and restore İnomera to a more streamlined image.

To that end, we categorized our solutions which we created via valuable projects over years, and made our solution map more comprehensible. We streamlined our logo, and redesigned our website in line with our new brand image. Here is our brand new logo to display the dynamism inside, and our brand new website to reflect our products better.

I'm happy to share all these innovations with you. I'd like to sketch out the innovations related to products and solutions in our new portfolio of products.

SAP Commerce Cloud, Self Care, İnomera Notification Management - managing your communication in all channels, and our SAP certified ready-to-use omni-channel commercial bundle are the solutions that meet your CX needs. As part of our CX solutions, we establish your omni-channel commercial infrastructure and ensure that you provide an excellent experience for your customers with our integrated mobile apps to support your commercial processes.

In the category of marketing solutions, we enable you to provide an integrated marketing experience where you can position Netmera, our Mobile Customer Interaction Platform, with SAP Marketing Cloud, at this time when mobile interaction rates of the customers reach up to 80%. Besides, İnomera Notification Management is also one of the İnomera products that you can use for accurately planning channel and time management while communicating with your customers through various channels in your marketing campaigns.

On the other hand, we meet the need for a solid and uninterrupted infrastructure to provide good customer experience with our Dev-Ops solutions, which are offered by very few teams. It's certain that no digital solution can have sufficient success without a good infrastructure. On the other hand, it's very important that changes happen constantly and very rapidly in the digital world. Thus, dev-ops transition processes are of vital importance. We provide Dev-Ops SAAS, spot-on consulting, external resource and training services with our Dev-Ops team, which has gained expertise over years.

Getting Ready for Future with İNOMERA Academy

Every year, we provide tens of teenagers with Java, Mobile App and SAP Commerce Cloud app trainings at İnomera Academy, one of the most important values of İnomera since its foundation. Attendees who have both beginner and advanced trainings are prioritized for recruitments with İnomera. We also generate resources for the industry.
