I can say that İnomera Academy was very enjoyable and instructive for me. It was challenging to spend this process in real-time projects, together with the teams currently working with these projects, but it was a great opportunity to improve myself. We started the academy process remotely due to the pandemic, I started working with the team in the office after completing my online trainings and I reinforced what I learned in the trainings and learned new things by taking tasks on projects. In this process, being able to get support and ask questions from my team leader and other team members has accelerated my development process.

I joined with the recommendation of a friend who was hired from Inomera Academy and I earned more than I expected. In a warm and reliable environment, I had the opportunity to learn from the best in the market without fear of making mistakes.

What is the duration of the program?

We conduct telephone interviews with the applications we find positive according to the criteria we have determined. We make detailed technical interviews with people who pass this stage positively. Those who successfully complete the case study we sent afterwards become a part of the academy.
